Clutch Kits
The current clutch kit portfolio caters to the needs of the domestic automotive parts market, covering most of its current brands and models. The offer includes classic, three-element models, central slave cylinder kits, as well as four-element kits with single mass flywheels.
Classic three-element kits
The most common form of clutch in passenger cars is still the classic kit, comprised of a clutch cover, disc and release bearing, which is why this type of clutch is the most prevalent in our portfolio.
Four-element single mass flywheel kits
Statim’s four-element kits with fixed single mass flywheels are a good alternative to the increasingly common dual mass flywheels which are worn out quickly and act as an emergency measure. The kit is delivered with the essential mounting components. We also offer clutch slave cylinder kits, as well as three-element (no flywheel) replacement kits to the four-element Statim kits.
Central Slave Cylinder Kits
An increasing number of vehicles use hydraulic clutch cylinder kits in place of classic clutch release bearings. For this reason, such kits are a substantial part of the clutch portfolio. Hydraulic clutch cylinders are also sold separately.
Self adjusting clutch cover kits
Statim’s most immediate development plans cover clutch kits that could be a viable alternative to the so-called self-adjusting clutches that are becoming increasingly common in passenger and commercial vehicles.
